چکیده
Aim of the study was to investigate association polymorphisms some genes with overweight and certain anthropometric biochemical parameters in a population sample adolescents Novosibirsk. Material methods. In 2019, population-based screening representative (609 people) carried out All children their parents signed an informed consent for examination. The approved by local Ethics Committee Research Institute Internal Preventive Medicine – Branch Cytology Genetics SB RAS. During examination, questionnaire filled out, measurements were blood sampling followed study. 157 people (75 boys (47.8 %), 82 girls (52.2 %)) selected molecular genetic analysis using tables random numbers. weight status assessed IOTF (International Obesity Task Force) criteria. subsequent compared 2 groups: 1st group included teenagers deficiency normal body weight), 2nd overweight, obesity extreme obesity). Results. general group, differences carriers different genotypes rs9939609 FTO gene found level low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ( p = 0,024). AA genotype had greatest average thickness skin fold middle third right shoulder. Differences rs7903146 TCF7L2 fasting plasma glucose (FPG) 0,021). shoulder greater carrying CC CT TT 0,041). separate subgroups, rs10811661 CDKN2AB high-density cholesterol, FPN, waist circumference, nucleotide sequence variant (NSV) rs2237892 KCNQ1 triglyceride, FPG, LDL-C total concentration, rs1111875 HHEX level, hip under scapula, diastolic pressure. Conclusions. Associations studied NSV (rs9939609, rs7903146, rs10811661, rs2237892, rs1111875) as whole subgroups (with division mass index, gender), parameters, such LDL-C, FPN content, pressure, circumferences, scapula There no statistically significant frequencies NVS alleles between groups.

متن کاملAssociations of common polymorphisms in GCKR with metabolic syndrome
Background: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is characterized by a combination of cardio-metabolic risk factors. Given that genetic factors have been shown to contribute to individual susceptibility to MetS, the identification of genetic markers for disease risk is essential. Recent studies revealed that rs780094 and rs1260326 of glucokinase regulatory gene (GCKR) are associated with serum triglycerid...
